El Shorouk City, translating to “Sunrise City” is a part of Greater Cairo, located north east of downtown Cairo.

Landscaping was a very vital part of this project for RAMW Group. Amenities within the project include shops, a pharmacy, and nursery. A mosque featuring traditional Islamic architecture has been constructed. Across all areas of this project, attention to finishing details highlights the outstanding quality of the construction and design of the area.

Phase One consists of five buildings with a total of 80 apartments, ranging in size from 140-180 square meters. Phase Two consists of twin houses, town houses and apartments. The Clove Villa for sale has a land size of 630 square meters and a building space of 360 square meters on two floors; and the Privet Villa for sale has a land size of 1805 square meters with a building space of 535 square meters also on two floors. Few land parcels are still available upon clients’ requests ranging from 460 to 925 square meters with the option to be built using a diverse range of design choices.
