Palms Resort benefits from its picturesque location on high terraces overlooking Gardens Bay. Phase One includes thirteen duplex buildings divided into two sets. The First Set (buildings 1-11) are tourist chalets of varying sizes ranging from 70-150 square meters, in multiple models, with air conditioning and other amenities throughout. The Second Set of the First Phase (buildings 12 and 13) includes fully finished, air-conditioned luxury tourist housing. Each unit has its own terrace, swimming pool and sizable garden area. Phase Two including six buildings set to become high-end units for tourists, is currently under construction.
