  • How can I have an appointment?

  • How can I reserve a unit?
  • Please contact the company headquarters or the sales offices located in the sites for all requirements.

  • Will my villa look exactly the same as the one I saw at the sales office?
  • What is displayed at the sales office is identical to reality.

  • Do all projects have building permits?
  • All projects have building permits.

  • What kind of interior finishing is offered?
  • All units are deluxe finished.

  • Are there any services in the built projects?
  • There is security, cleaning and general maintenance services.

  • What is the waiting period for a handover of a sold unit?
  • The handover of the housing units are immediate upon completing the requisite handover process.

  • What about buying a plot of land?
  • Plots of land are zoned for building villas.

  • For a plot of land- how long does it take to build a villa?
  • The construction period is one year.

  • What is the first installment and how it can be deposited?
  • The first installment is 10% of the price(Reservation Deposit) and can be paid in cash or by a certified check.

  • What is the property handover process?
  • You need to have paid at least 50% of the price and provided checks for the remaining balance.

  • Does the company offer payment facilities?
  • The Company offers great facilities in payment, either in installments through the company or financing by banks and mortgage companies.

  • How do I know the terms and condition of facility funding and the installments?
  • Customer service desk will answer all inquiries about the amount of funding and the installments.

  • Will financing be through banks and mortgage companies?
  • We are currently working with Housing and Development Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and EL Taamir For Mortgage Finance Company.

  • What are the legal procedures for registering a property and the documents required from me?
  • The Company has specialists in the registration process that can help answer your questions and provide the requisite data.

  • Is it possible to get the keys to my home one day before the handover date?
  • You receive the keys for the unit after completing the sale process, payment of 50% of the price, at least, and providing checks for the remaining balance, but a property can be viewed before handover through the sales office.

  • I want to sell my property but have not paid in full, can I get the keys to show the property to a prospective buyer?
  • You can view the unit through our sales office but units are not handed over until completion of sale process.
